About The Role
As the Parts Manager at our thriving import store, you will take on a critical leadership role. You’ll manage a large, diverse inventory while building and motivating a high-performing team. With a relentless focus on accountability, innovation, and customer satisfaction, you’ll set the standard for excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain an extensive parts inventory to ensure optimal availability and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a cohesive team committed to achieving department goals.
- Accountability: Foster a culture of responsibility, ensuring every team member understands and meets their objectives.
- Innovation: Implement forward-thinking strategies to optimize operations and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, devising and executing effective solutions to drive success.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, setting the benchmark for excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in managing a large parts inventory, preferably in an import-focused operation.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful teams, with a strong emphasis on accountability and performance.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: A commitment to innovation and continuous improvement to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Ability to overcome obstacles and implement effective, efficient solutions.
- Drive to Excel: Passionate about being the best and delivering superior results.
- Must: be very fluent with CDK and E Commerce.
