Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.
We are currently seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can analyze complex data sets, provide insights, and support decision-making across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use SQL, Metabase, QuickSight, and GA to extract, analyze, and visualize data, creating insightful reports and dashboards. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (databases, data warehouses, data lakes, etc);
- Business Insights: Support the team by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets, use data to correlate user behavior and performance results;
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and managers to support data needs and gather requirements for ad hoc analyses;
- Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by validating and cleaning data as necessary;
- Automate recurring ad-hoc requests with Python and SQL to optimize data processes;
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities;
- Document data processes and data flows.
Qualifications
- Proven 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst;
- Experience with Google Sheets and various BI tools (preferably QuickSight and/or Metabase);
- Proficiency in SQL: complex queries, joins, aggregations;
- Experience with scripting languages (Python preferred);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to identify useful information in data sets and suggest conclusions that support decision-making;
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
- Willingness to make decisions and solve problems;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business and Economics or related field;
- Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
