About the Role:

As an Event Coordinator at Style Netbox, you’ll oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events that captivate audiences and showcase our clients’ brands. Your creativity, logistical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and requirements.
• Plan and manage all event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline creation.
• Develop and execute event concepts that align with client branding and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, staff coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor event success and provide detailed post-event reports, including feedback and insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative event ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances with professionalism.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
