Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide solutions and improve the customer experience.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and educating them about our services.
• Proactively identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
