Respiratory and Sleep Disorders Outpatient Administrative Assistant

Your New Role

The Respiratory and Sleep Medicine department is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fixed term period starting as soon as possible through to December of 2025. Reporting to the Administrative Team Leader, the Administrative Assistant is a key member of the customer service team and is responsible for the end-to-end administrative management of the patient’s outpatient episode of care, including but not limited to

  • Referral management
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Waitlist management and auditing
  • Phone, online and health hub enquiries
  • Front desk reception duties

About You

  • You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
  • You like to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
