Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programming Coordinator to support the programming operations team. This role focuses on coordinating essential processes such as traffic scheduling, presentation materials preparation, and platform reporting. Additionally, the Programming Coordinator will assist with localization efforts, censorship compliance, and digital marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations and content delivery. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in content programming and operations, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic Scheduling & Presentation Support:
- Coordinate traffic and scheduling for Cartoonito content to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Assist in preparing and organizing presentation materials to support programming schedules.
Materials Delivery & Censorship Compliance
- Support the delivery of programming materials, ensuring they meet censorship guidelines and company standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve censorship-related issues.
Platform Reporting
- Compile and submit monthly and ad hoc platform performance reports.
- Assist in tracking platform metrics and highlighting areas for improvement.
Localization/Dubbing Assistance
- Provide administrative support for localization and dubbing processes, including vendor coordination and quality assurance.
- Ensure translations are accurate and culturally relevant.
Digital Marketing Assistance
- Support digital marketing activities such as content scheduling and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to help maximize audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in programming, content operations, or related fields preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with traffic scheduling systems or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
