Job Description

Recruitment

  • Post and manage job ads in various portals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications for talents who embody SVEN’s core values and possess the necessary skills to succeed in the agency.
  • Manage the whole potential candidate to employee conversion process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
  • Create recruitment reports that could be used as a basis for hiring projections and trends for future planning.

Onboarding

  • Assist both the department head and the new employee throughout the onboarding process.
  • Ensure that all requirements (documents, assets, etc.) are processed within the set deadline.
  • Facilitate the company orientation for new hires.
  • Coordinate and deliver company orientations.
  • Streamline the company’s onboarding process by maximizing the company’s HRIS.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Compiling and updating of employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Conduct periodic reviews to identify best practices and necessary improvements to recommend ways to refresh SVEN’s recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • With at least 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
