Job Description
Recruitment
- Post and manage job ads in various portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications for talents who embody SVEN’s core values and possess the necessary skills to succeed in the agency.
- Manage the whole potential candidate to employee conversion process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
- Create recruitment reports that could be used as a basis for hiring projections and trends for future planning.
Onboarding
- Assist both the department head and the new employee throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure that all requirements (documents, assets, etc.) are processed within the set deadline.
- Facilitate the company orientation for new hires.
- Coordinate and deliver company orientations.
- Streamline the company’s onboarding process by maximizing the company’s HRIS.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compiling and updating of employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify best practices and necessary improvements to recommend ways to refresh SVEN’s recruitment and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- With at least 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
