Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • Enables regional sales teams to achieve Quality Sales Standards by providing planning support (understanding region’s channel and category landscape) in line with the company’s commercial planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates regional review of issues and opportunities, and provides regional input to the annual integrated commercial planning process.
  • Supports the Regional Sales Manager in the review of total region’s OPL baselines and uplifts, and proposes an OPL breakdown per Channel/Distributor/Customer.
  • Support other regional initiatives, activities and reporting requirements (i.e. consolidation of ageing stocks report, coordination of flush out activities, allocation of seasonal merchandisers, regional office management, PR/GR reporting).
  • Supports the FSMs with expertise on ICP & MBP Process and Standards.
