CUES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director to lead and manage our IT team and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in technology management with a strong background in business systems analysis, AWS infrastructure, and vendor management. The Technology Director will be responsible for overseeing a small team of IT professionals, managing outsourced managed services, and ensuring seamless web development and system integration. This role will also include the management of key technology initiatives such as security certifications, SAML 2.0 single sign-on (SSO) implementation, and updated integration language protocols.

We Are Seeking An Individual Who Has

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology management, including business systems analysis, AWS infrastructure management, and web development.
• Strong experience in managing a team, as well as working with third-party vendors and outsourced managed services.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects from concept to implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
• Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and integration protocols like REST, SOAP, and GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of SAML 2.0 for Single Sign-On (SSO) management.
• Experience with AWS and Microsoft security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
