We are looking for the personnel who is great with his negotiation skills and procurement management for our factory located in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The professionals from Bavla or nearby location will be preferable.

Job brief

As a Purchase Executive, your role is crucial in managing the procurement process and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, optimising inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable deals.
  • Create purchase orders, review purchase requisitions, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and develop strategies to optimise stock levels.
  • Coordinate with various departments to forecast requirements and ensure adequate inventory availability.
  • To ensure seamless operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance.

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
