Position Overview
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in delivery of marketing collateral such as campaign assets, marketing calendars, weekly PR & marketing activations updates
- Collect and consolidate weekly marketing & PR reports, monthly PR reports & KPI trackers, seeding trackers, media targets, interim campaign report updates
- Coordinate the execution of marketing projects, including establishing and maintaining timelines, gathering all pertinent information, and follow-ups with parties involved
- Assist in samples order, management, and trafficking
- Assist in seeding management
- Assist in advertising and retail marketing: gather placement specification, asset delivery and reporting
- Support with the planning and execution of events, collaborate with external stakeholders
- Assist in creating purchase procurement request, contract approval review, budget tracker update, invoice request & approval process, vendor creation
- Assist in translation of marketing materials
- Monitor expenses as per budget assigned
- Liaise with other teams & suppliers smoothly so that work is completed within agreed standards & on schedule
- Assisting with general administration with Marketing department
Let’s Talk About You
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- 2 – 3 years marketing experience in retail industry, preferably in PR agency or luxury apparel brands
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong communicator and ability to act as liaison with cross-functional teams
- Creative and a team player
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong self-initiative, detail oriented and well-organized. With “can-do” attitude.
- Knowledge of marketing, sales and business processes
- Strong project management and support skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to learn, open-minded and positive
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and show initiative
- Fluent in English, Cantonese/ Mandarin
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work in fast paced office environment
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant, Marketing
