Your New Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, who is known for their energetic, supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as primary point of contact for project customers, both internal and external
  • Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints
  • Process customer’s sales orders, returns & credits when required
  • Monitor all aspects of the customers forward orders and backorders
  • Ensure the customer is informed of upcoming sales promotions and stock shortages
  • Handle stock availability & pricing enquiries as required.

About You

  • Ideally 3+ years experience with SAP
  • Passionate and results driven within a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer focused approach
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Experience in a similar customer Service or Order Processing position
