Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team LAWVS Legal LLP. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Civil drafting and handling cases in Delhi High Court, with specialization in Civil Litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, rejoinders and civil litigation cases.
• Represent clients in civil litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs to support case strategies.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with court procedures and requirements.
• Attend court hearings and meetings with clients to discuss case progress and strategies.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case arguments and strategies.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in civil law and court procedures.
