Job Description
The Director, Integrated Marketing Experience – Canada is responsible for adaptation and amplification of the marketing plans created in the NAOU into Canada. They will assess the strategic importance of the plans and ensure they work in the Canadian marketplace. They will also lead the development of projects that are unique to Canada (when the need arises). Additionally, they will create deep connections with the IMX, Category, Franchise, Commercial and Bottler teams to collaborate for the best possible outcomes. In many instances they will lead project teams with stakeholders across the network to successfully bring a program or initiative to life in Canada.
What You Will Do For Us
- Amplify and adapt the NAOU category and brand plans to ensure they deliver on the goals of the Canadian business (Franchise, Commercial, Customers, Bottlers) maximize profit, revenue, and volume
- Lead customization and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans by coordinating internal and external functions (e.g., IMX, E2E (end-to-end), connections, design, category/brand) to achieve exceptional results on time and within budget.
- Partner with Franchise Leadership on market specific business opportunities and develop plans, in collaboration with the category and commercial teams, to address the opportunities.
- Develop and communicate using written briefs to agencies or suppliers (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, consumer promotions, merchandising, etc.) to direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution of region marketing programs and objectives (e.g., drive trial, increase loyalty).
- Use storytelling to inspire and educate both the National Retail and FSOP (Foodservice & On-Premises) teams as well as the frontline bottler field teams on the marketing programs and innovation that will be brought to life in Canada.
- Instrumental in building the Canadian (English) version of the “Operating Plan” for all programs that will get executed in Canada.
- Acts as subject matter expert to ensure all POS (point of sale), packaging, coupons etc., protect the company’s rights, trademarks and investment while serving the best interest of our customers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience required, preferably within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or the beverage industry
- Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channel, including local marketing
- Knowledge of key consumption occasions, shopper messaging, and methods of activation
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong Background in Social, Digital, Mobile technologies

Pay Range:$146,000 – $172,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
