The impact you will make

Skills we value

• Over 5 years of leadership experience in strategy, finance, and project management.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and ROI evaluation.
• Proficiency in strategic planning using OKR and SMART methodologies to achieve ambitious business goals.
• Project management skills focused on efficiency and results.
• Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs: methodology development, implementation, planning, and monitoring.
• Extensive experience in complex negotiations and group discussions, especially in business and partnerships.
• An active, open leadership approach: ability to listen, motivate, and foster constructive dialogue, and maintain healthy criticism in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in modern management and communication tools: Google Business Suite, Office 365, MS Teams, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Draw.io.
• High-level business presentation and self-presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to take responsibility and delegate tasks according to priorities.
• Strong interest in business and technology development and commitment to continuous skill improvement.
