We are looking for a Group Product Manager that will be responsible for the strategic planning, product development, growth, and success of a group of related products, ensuring effective execution, resource allocation, and coordination to achieve business objectives.

This role will lead a group of multidisciplinary squads in efforts to take new products and functionalities all the way from ideation to successful business outcomes, including product development, go-to-market, growth and value assurance.

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker who can i) Operate seamlessly across all levels of the organization—from crafting high-level strategy with executives to rolling up your sleeves and working hands-on with teams to drive execution ii) Be a coach and mentor for a high-performance product team.

Requirements

    • Strong experience leading and scaling high-performing teams in the development and management of modern card products.
    • Leverage deep expertise in Minsait to optimize card processing systems and drive operational excellence.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with Visa and MasterCard to ensure strategic alignment and compliance.
    • Drive innovation in product development, drawing on fintech experience to create competitive solutions.
    • Experience in B2B environments is ideal, with a focus on delivering value to corporate clients.
    • Collaborate across departments to align card processing strategy with business objectives.
    • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced fintech environment.
    • Excellent English Level.
