The Crown Is Yours

We are searching for an innovative Marketing Strategy Director to spearhead the awareness and amplification of our loyalty and experiences program, Dynasty Rewards. This role will coordinate and lead a holistic marketing effort across all key Dynasty Rewards pillars, positioning the program as the best-in-class, most generous and personalized loyalty program in the industry. As a Director within our Loyalty & Experiences team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with all marketing channels, as well as our VIP, operations, product and UX teams, to bring awareness and understanding of our Dynasty Rewards program.

What you’ll do as a Director, Loyalty & Experiences Marketing Strategy

  • Develop a holistic marketing strategy and vision for Dynasty Rewards, tying together all loyalty/retention offerings including programmatic, events & experiences, gifting and e-commerce, as part of the loyalty program.
  • Partner with marketing channels, product/UX and operations teams to develop marketing campaigns, cross-channel promotions, site merchandising, and other avenues to increase the exposure and user experience of Dynasty Rewards.
  • Coordinate the go-to-market plan for all Dynasty Rewards launches and new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Design & Creative departments to bring the Dynasty Rewards brand into externally-facing landing pages, marketing channels, experiential and social assets, to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Work closely with Analytics and Customer Research teams to establish key success metrics to measure and optimize awareness and brand affinity towards DraftKings’ loyalty offerings.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years working in marketing or product marketing / marketing operations, ideally in loyalty, customer rewards or similar user retention-based programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, to ensure effective interactions with senior and executive-level audiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics and translating insights into achievable action.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence your internal peers and external business partners to drive change and innovation.
  • Extensive knowledge in channels such as CRM, Social, Growth and Influencer, with particular emphasis on brand loyalty and promotional strategies that increase customer retention.
  • Extensive understanding of customer segmentation and worth for both iGaming and Sports.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 146,400.00 USD – 183,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
