About The Role
In this role you will play an important role in ensuring the mine remains operational by making sure that the underground roads are well maintained and that the haul trucks can operate in an efficient manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintaining underground roadways to ensure safety and functionality.
- Completing pre-start inspections and reporting mechanical issues or damage.
- Upholding strict safety standards and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborating with supervisors and the team to meet operational priorities.
About You
- Physically fit – able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Have a minimum of a grade 10 educational qualification
- Be able to read and write Pidgin and English,
- Ability to work with people from different ethnic groups.
