Job Description
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting operations of clinical personnel in specific company regions. This role will require a motivated and resourceful individual with excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to fill existing positions. We are looking to add a senior dental recruiter to build and lead a recruiting team as the organization grows.
All candidates must reside on the EST zone and available to work Monday – Friday between 830 AM – 5 PM EST to be considered.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a recruiting program for the East Coast.
- Coordinate recruiting, sourcing, and networking strategies to recruit into our practices
- Identify potential candidates by cold calling and using other creative methods in order to build and maintain a continuous applicant pool
- Manage the interview process closely to ensure a positive experience for interviewing candidates and our hiring managers
- Create and maintain a management reporting tool that provides insight into key recruiting information including recruiting status and trends; time to fill; open positions and other relevant information
- Responsible for placement of job postings and screening of all doctor and staff resumes received through various venues
- Establish relationships with local professional dental organizations; attend meetings, workshops, and conferences
- Manages information flow for recruits and acquisition doctors throughout DAG to ensure timely credentialing and licensing
- Source, screen and qualify Office Staff candidates to join our dental offices
- Partner with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job ads for new positions
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ultipro to manage candidates and record critical information for our department metrics
- Set a high bar of expectations by maintaining an incredible level of communication with your department leaders and hiring managers so they always know how we’re working to support their needs
- Work as part of a team to support other recruiting team members
- Follow set company and department procedures and participate in creating new best practices to elevate the team’s performance and partnership with our operational business partners
- Provide positive, friendly customer service to Hiring Managers and other team members
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- An epic ability to deliver customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, sometimes including short or aggresive timelines
- Experience using the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, maybe some PowerPoint)
- ICIMS (ATS) experience a plus
