Bunnings offers a hybrid, flexible working environment, with options to be based in Brisbane, FNQ or the Sunshine Coast. There will be a requirement to travel across our store network in QLD, therefore a valid Driver’s Licence is required.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date in early March 2025. The role can be based in Brisbane, FNQ or the Sunshine Coast.

  • Provide guidance and ensure compliance with relevant legislative, policy and process requirements

Who We’re Looking For

You will have a background in HR, with a good understanding around employee relations and experience with the talent lifecycle stages and process. You’ll have strong stakeholder management, with the ability to challenge, influence and empower leaders across the business, effectively manage employee performance and mitigate risk.

You’ll also have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience; being able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and litigious environment, with the overall aim of promoting a positive workplace culture.

You’ll Need

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, HR, business, Commerce, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience working in a HR business partner or equivalent role, ideally within a multi-site organisation
  • Sound knowledge of employee relations legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
