For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for Junior Social Media Coordinator in the Marketing Division.

About The Role
The Junior Social Media Coordinator must be able to wear many hats and facilitate various deliverables at once. He/she is coordinating the activities for the Digital Content area and giving support to the Specialist, Lead or Manager. Main duties will be related to the operational activities needed for the activation of Social Media plan and on line campaigns, in collaboration and in alignment with the strategy and targets as set by the Manager.

The Junior Social Media Coordinator makes the digital materials like social media content and other digital assets available to our European distributors under the supervision of the Specialist, Lead or directly the Manager.

The Junior Social Media Coordinator is Social Media & Digital passionate and enthusiastic, eager to learn and with a great team player spirit and customer-centric supportive mindset.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Support the team in the creation of the social media editorial plan and properly manage with the stakeholders the content delivery, using also dedicated platform and tool, like Brandwatch;
  • Follow the necessary activities with agencies and other marketing team for content approval on time and on the expected quality;
  • Support Yamaha Motor Distributors (European Countries);
  • Support with the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports;
  • Perform analysis of digital KPIs;
  • Be consistent and align with Brand and Digital guidelines;
  • Support for Motor & Marine product segments;
  • Give support in the creation of the Social Media editorial plan as well as digital assets production and delivery;
  • Learn and support the teams for the social media activities, looking into trends, updates.. in order to suggest also best practice;
  • Other tasks eventually assigned to support the team;
  • Contribute to the creation of social media reports, sentiment analysis, and benchmarking.. based on European or local KPIs;
  • Support the local content adoption.

  • Entry level work experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Business, Marketing, On-line marketing.
  • Passion for social media and consumer brands;
  • Fast learner, quick doer. Make things happen;

  • Great Team player;
  • Organized, efficient and proactive
  • Customer oriented personality
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and in writing, mastering any other European language is an advantage;
  • Passion for Motorcycle and Marine products is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and well- organized
