Position Summary
Mariani Premier Group is seeking an experienced Director of Learning and Development to lead the design, development, and implementation of company-wide learning initiatives that support organizational growth and employee development. This role will be instrumental in shaping the culture of continuous learning, ensuring employees at all levels have access to effective training programs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s learning and development (L&D) strategy to meet current and future business needs.
- Partner with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Build a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Design, implement, and oversee scalable L&D programs, including leadership development, technical training, compliance training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis to identify skill gaps.
- Manage and optimize Workday LMS, ensuring effective course deployment, accurate tracking, and system management.
- Manage e-learning platforms, in-person workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, departmental managers, and external consultants to deliver impactful programs.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and data analysis.
- Prepare and present reports on learning outcomes and ROI to executive leadership.
- Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Workday Learning Management System (Workday LMS).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a corporate environment.

Position Range
$130,000 – $170,000
