Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is met.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to offer relevant and accurate assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
