Account Manager for Business as usual “BAU” Issues / Requests for the assigned banks.
Responsibilities
- Managing all BAU issues through our ticketing system “Jira”, emails, updating the weekly sheet for escalations and challenges.
- Prepare the monthly service review reports and preset it to our clients.
- Follow the incident / Problem Management process.
- Attending physical meetings with the assigned banks.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field.
Experience Type
- Preferred to have previous experience on a relevant team/field.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office App.
Job Specific Skills:
- Good Command of English language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
