Cuesta Partners is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in scaling our talent acquisition efforts across LATAM and the US. In this position, you will work closely with managers, the internal team, and candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract and hire top talent as we continue to grow.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2- 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

What You’ll Do:
- Review and screen incoming resumes to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Support with sourcing efforts and pre-screening candidates when needed.
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers, Chief of Staff, and HR to align on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline conversion rates.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in Colombia and the broader LATAM region.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Rippling.
- Assist in the development and optimization of recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Prepare and share interview feedback with hiring teams on time.
- Support the implementation of initiatives to attract diverse talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Participate in team meetings to provide updates on recruitment progress and share insights for improvement.
