Sr. Supply Coordinator, Baptist Clay

Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring for a Full-time, Sr. Supply Coordinator to join our Materials Management team at our Baptist Clay Location here in the Fleming Island, FL. This is a Full-time, Days shift opportunity working Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

This position will work closely with licensed healthcare professionals and impacts their ability to care for patients daily. The ideal candidate will have warehousing, customer service, and leadership experience and be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Sr. Supply Coordinator General Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day to day Materials Management operations and Supply Chain Management in support of the Surgical Services department.
• Procuring supplies, equipment, and services for Surgical Services utilizing various electronic methods.
• Warehousing of supplies.
• Fostering excellent customer service by ensuring the customer’s daily needs is met with all request for orders placed and expedited for on time delivery.
• Performing scale audits, sample counting, and expiration management.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway on Fleming Island. The facility opened in May 2013 to bring the high-quality care of Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health to residents of Clay County.
