Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Recruitment Notes

This position will be reporting to the Administrative Services Division Manager of Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. The incumbent will be assisting the Division Manager with revenue management, budget preparation, expenditure, procurement and inventory controls, labor law compliance, supervision of the department’s Driver Messenger, accreditation and scorecard management, and personnel administration.
