We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in property consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of closing deals, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships. You should possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior team members to achieve sales targets and develop their skills. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and fluency in English is essential. Owning a car is preferred. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting market research, promoting branded residential properties, negotiating transactions, and staying updated on real estate market trends.
