Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant, Engagement, will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees by concentrating on the essential aspects of the employee life cycle. This position involves performing administrative tasks and services that facilitate the effective and efficient operations of the FPI’s engagement initiatives. This role will collaborate with other support departments and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all committee interactions, while also assisting in the coordination and development of engagement events and activities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Human Resources support role.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills and social media skills(MS Office, Google Suite, email, internet, Canva, MailChimp etc.) and experience with various Human Resources Systems (ADP, UltiPro/UKG, etc.). Typing 40 WPM.
  • Desire to gain knowledge of the company’s Engagement programs.
