Job Description
You must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal in order to resolve the various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily. You will be provided with 6 weeks’ training.
What will you do?
- Set up facilities, fee schedules and loans
- Process transactions upon requests from assigned Borrowers or their agents for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, rates are set and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement and Electronic Transaction Request
- Process interest and fee transactions in loans systems as required by the Credit Agreement
- Input or verify information in payment systems
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of the internal accounts by following up for missing entries
- Act as a backup to other Analysts on the team
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- University degree or College Diploma or any equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability identify issues and suggest solutions
- Communicate effectively with people at various levels, both internally and externally
- Quick learner who can handle high volume
- Comfortable with ambiguity in order to determine tasks requested
