We are looking for a passionate Analyst who will analyze complex business problems by collecting specifications for reports based on business needs and provide solutions by displaying information in a clear and precise way. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Prototypes solutions for displaying information based on business needs and transforming data into insights using data visualization and data modeling techniques. This position will enable self-service analytics and reporting by partnering with IT (Information Technology) to develop intuitive, seamless analytic solutions. The ideal candidate would be reliable, personable, and team oriented.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ad-hoc analyses, ensuring data quality, and development of new / existing reports to accommodate changes in product and/or sales structure.
• Utilizes an understanding of multiple data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, which may include data visualization, data transformation, data collection, and reporting.
• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to analysts and decision makers.
• Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
• Develops and maintains solutions for displaying information based on business needs and transform data into insights using data visualization and data modeling techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other business-relevant discipline.?4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in data and analytics, technical, or business-relevant function.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Access
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages (Tableau, PowerBi, TSQL, DAX, SSAS)
• Ability to identify approaches to address moderately business problems and solutions?
• Ability to leverage or build business knowledge through meaningful partnerships within the business operations.?
