Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Creative Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of creativity, production expertise, and a commercial mindset. You’ll split your time between generating production ideas, developing social-first content, and supporting our sales team by crafting standout responses to RFPs and expanding our creative resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in both the creative and commercial sides of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond swiftly and creatively to pitch briefs, helping to craft compelling proposals that align with client briefs.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh, engaging content ideas tailored for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify opportunities to upsell creative services.
  • Assist in planning and executing shoots, from pre-production to delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life, balancing innovation with deliverability.
  • Support the development of pitches, decks, and creative treatments for internal and external use.

What you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in a Creative Producer role, ideally in a digital or social media-focused environment.
  • Strong background in ideating and executing social-first content.
  • Ability to pitch creative ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial creative process, including working with external partnerships.
  • Proficiency in overseeing shoots, managing production schedules, and ensuring smooth execution.

We work on a hybrid model with three days in the office: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
