Job Description
Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager at Saudiiwaa is responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing a workforce of 300 employees while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring the best talent for the company.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive work environment through open communication and proactive engagement.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure employees’ goals align with company objectives.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to enhance employee performance.
Training And Development
- Design and implement training programs to improve skills and develop talent.
- Create opportunities for professional growth to ensure employees reach their full potential.
Compliance And Legal
- Ensure that Saudiiwaa complies with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Compensation And Benefits
- Oversee payroll processes and employee benefits.
- Ensure competitive and market-aligned compensation packages.
Employee Wellness
- Promote employee health, safety, and welfare.
- Organize programs to improve employee motivation, engagement, and retention.
Employee KPIs And Reporting
- Establish clear KPIs for employee performance, aligned with company goals.
- Regularly monitor and report on KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with department managers to ensure KPIs are met.
