  • Understand customer’s needs & solve queries via Chat Enquires Handle Service Complaints, track them and get it resolved internally in a time bound manner.
  • You would be cold calling Vendors who are available & free to accept travel request.
  • Negotiate Rates with Vendors.
  • Domestic Customers Only

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a strong Customer Service Mindset
  • Should have negotiation Skills
  • Read to work in Night Shift
  • Energetic & Quick Response to Customer Requests
  • Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Non IT Requirement
