Our Host Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vacation Coordinator. What You’ll Do:
- Book travel reservations, including handling inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability
- Communicate with clients through phone and email to address inquiries, changes, and cancellation
- Partner with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contracts
- Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as necessary
- Build client relationships and generate leads to grow your business
- Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately documented and meet client expectations

- You build relationships with both internal teams and external vendors and help facilitate decision-making
- You think creatively and are comfortable resolving issues independently
- You excel at multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Experienced in creating engaging social media content and managing marketing campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications:
- No experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively with other team members and external vendors
- Familiarity with global travel regulations and requirements is a plus
- Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work non-standard hours as required
