Purchase Engineer

• Roles & Responsibility
• BOM review as per the (SLD) approved drawing and discuss with Engineers if any deviation or
• clarification required and should have strong knowledge in understanding SLD.
• Cost comparison, Price enquiry, price negotiation, price finalization, comparison of delivery
• terms and finalize the delivery commitment with supplier.
• Managing budget and payments.
• Raising purchase order based on purchase requisition with proper taxation.
• Co- ordinate with supplier if any amendment or clarification required in PO.
• Co-ordinating with supplier and follow up for timely delivery of material ordered.
• Ensuring smooth co-ordination with user department and corresponding with supplier on
• scope of supply and specification.
• Play key role in vendor development or vendor management.
• Procurement of all kinds of material as well as (Switch-gear items, Electrical, hardware’s,
• fabrication material, )
• Good maintenance of stock material by taking monthly inventory.
• Good relationship with store department.

Requirements

Qualification & Skill Requirement

MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT, PDF& Search Engine utilization.

Language such as Kannada, English, Hindi.

Experience : 5 – 7 yrs

Gender: Married Male & Female

Manager must have worked with a Manufacture company

Qualification: BE.Electrical /Diploma in Electrical .

Two-Wheeler is must with Immediate Joining.
