Join a dynamic and dedicated team at BMC, a prestigious institution committed to excellence in medical education. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support & help ensure smooth administrative operations within the college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Communication: Request and manage quiz schedules from Program Heads and ensure timely communication.
- Approval Management: Maintain and track necessary approvals for all requests directed by the Head of Department/Program.
- Record Keeping: Keep up-to-date records of all program activities and ensure they are updated on the system daily.
- Exam Coordination: Receive, organize, and manage completed exam sheets for quizzes, final exams, and re-sit exams.
- Control Room Assistance: Provide support in Control Room duties based on workload distribution.
- Audit Support: Provide model answers and students’ answer sheets in case of an exam audit.
- General Administrative Support: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the department.
- Security & Integrity: Ensure the security and integrity of all departmental practices.
- Email & Correspondence Management: Receive, direct, and monitor departmental emails and internal communications.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with external training sites and assist in establishing collaboration opportunities.
- Student Interaction: Address student requests and provide guidance as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Certifications: Additional certification or training in the relevant specialization is an advantage.
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
