Your Role Accountabilities
- Generate Big Ideas: Dream up fresh, innovative concepts and deliver outstanding creative campaigns for Tier 1 projects and beyond.
- A copy master: Craft compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with audiences across platforms, from snappy tag lines to engaging promo content.
- Lead 360° Creative Execution: From ideation to production, create and support marketing assets that span TV, digital, and beyond—bringing stories to life in every format.
- Inspire Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Design, Digital, and production teams to deliver bold, innovative solutions that wow stakeholders and audiences alike.
- Strategic Vision: Provide insightful input that elevates every project, refining creative concepts to ensure they meet both creative and business goals.
- Drive Results: Manage projects of any size with confidence, balancing stakeholder expectations while keeping teams energized and focused on delivering excellence.
- Be the brand: Act as brand champion and guardian, ensuring consistency (of brand and tone of voice) across all creative executions. ?
Required Skills And Experience
- Ability to present to and work alongside senior internal and external stakeholders; and collaborate with other marketing & creative teams
- Knowledge and awareness of the latest creative trends, techniques, innovations and platforms.
- Proven?experience producing creative assets within the media industry, or advertising/creative/digital agency
- Proficient use of video editing?software such as Premiere and Final Cut Pro?alongside some knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suites applications – After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc
- Capable with all required technologies (servers, systems etc)
- Scriptwriting and video/music editing
- Experience supervising voiceover recordings and the entire video/audio production process
- In-depth knowledge of all production and post-production processes
- Understanding of research data and relevant target audiences
- Ability to interrogate and interpret marketing and creative briefs
Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
