Junior Hedge Funds Analyst

Monitoring financing deal pipeline; liaising with Capital Markets Team / lawyers / bankers to oversee closing of financing and hedging activities including execution of financing and hedging agreements, co-ordination of loan drawdown and preparation of associated documents.

Set up of loan and hedging facility in corporate systems including specific loan terms / covenants.

Work closely with Capital Markets Team and external partners to monitor and administer loan lifecycle activities.

Oversee the monitoring of loan covenants to ensure continued compliance with loan obligations.

Support internal and external reporting requirements including review of financial statements, confirmation of loan balances, and reporting to lenders as part of covenant obligations.

Skills:

A university degree preferably in finance or banking or equivalent practical experience

At least 6 years of relevant work experience in banking, Real Estate loan operations or transaction processing is preferred

Possess an analytical mind and meticulous with details and accurate with numbers

Is results oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment

Able to drive co-ordination across multiple stakeholders

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
