Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact with third parties
- Manage schedules by organizing and reminding the employer of appointments, events, and travel plans, ensuring punctuality and preparedness. Ensuring all personal and professional arrangements are on track.
- Handle personal tasks, including running errands, coordinating domestic staff, managing monthly supplies, and maintaining personal documents.
- Adapt to evolving tasks, providing hands-on support for a wide range of personal and professional needs.
- Communicate effectively as required, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a can-do attitude.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willing to work from office (Cilandak Barat, Jakarta)
