Job Description
As a Client Success Specialist, you will take ownership of client relationships, making sure each school receives the support and guidance needed to succeed with our services. A deep understanding of each school’s unique needs will be key to delivering an exceptional client experience and making a direct impact on student success. You will work closely with your POD, which includes a Data Specialist and a Teaching and Learning Specialist.
Success in this role depends on building professional relationships rooted in transparency, trust, and mutual respect. Clear and consistent communication with your POD, the Eastern Division, and other teams across Proximity Learning, Inc. (PLI) will be essential.
The Client Success Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Client Success, Eastern Region. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX, requiring in-office presence three days per week.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding and Implementation
- Plan and facilitate onboarding meetings, training sessions, and key stakeholder interactions at the district and school level.
- Gather essential client information to enable the delivery of customized services specific to school needs.
- Act as a partner with school champions to align on goals and expectations; collaborate in identifying challenges and applying creative solutions.
- Visit client sites as needed to support successful implementations.
Client Communication and Engagement
- Proactively engage with clients throughout the contract duration, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Remain accessible and responsive during school hours to promptly resolve urgent issues.
- Support clients in utilizing PLI platforms, including facilitator and student enrollments, as well as managing grading and attendance reporting.
- Regularly meet with clients to review progress, address concerns, and highlight successes.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate accurate and timely information to POD team members.
- Collaborate with the Teaching and Learning Specialist so teachers receive client-specific information, training, and support.
- Work closely with teams across PLI to provide clients with the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (preferred but not required)
- Passion for delivering exceptional client services
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
