Job Description
You will build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Customer & Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end online customer journeys are considered in plans. You’ll empower your team to provide recommendations using site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform assortments, trade planning, campaigns/events or propositions for your area. You will work closely with the wider Online Trading team, Category Proposition Groups (CPGs), Customer and Digital teams, and suppliers.

Essential Skills You’ll Need
- Online commercial experience – understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions
- Highly numerate and strong data-analysis orientation. Comfortable with interpreting complex data from multiple sources (including GA4, Content Square, Tableau & Dunnhumby) to provide a compelling narrative and clear recommendations
- Strong commercial acumen
- Influencing skills
- Ability to build strong Stakeholder relationships
- Line management and people development
