To assist HR Head in performing a variety of human resources administration activities to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and compliancy requirements of HR operational processes This position will play an integral role in the success of the HR team and will partner with all of the HR functions..

Job Responsibilities

HR Management: Prepare the HR management process in line with company procedures as follows

  • To prepare various HR related reports based on management request
  • Performance Appraisal Support
  • HR system management (HQ database and local payroll system)
  • To prepare monthly Payroll (attendance, commission, insurance, income tax) and annual tax filing for perm staff and monitor contractor payroll

Compensation & Benefit

  • Analyze the C&B result and propose to HR manager
  • Participate in C&B survey with external consulting firm and prepare the raw data and work closely with regional C&B team to validate the data
  • Manage group insurance inquiries and submission

Learning & Training

  • To assist preparation of orientation program for office and sales staff
  • To assist implementation of various mandatory or ad hoc training programs required by regional/corporate HR Team
  • To assist execution of team building activities and other local training program

Employee Relations

  • Design and implement employee relations project to enhance employee engagement and retention (CSR, D&E, etc)
  • To provide assistance and consultancy to management regarding HR related issue

Recruitment/Selection: Perform effective search to find out qualified candidates through database search, group research, referral campaigns, Internet resources and other creative approaches.

  • Review resumes, screen and present appropriate candidates to hiring managers for review
  • Interview arrangement, candidate interview and assessment.

Profile

University degree in HR, Business Administration or related major Mandarin and good command of English 5 years of HR related working experiences Excellent MS Office skills Team player, self-motivated, good communication & presentation, good business partner, and fast learner
