Job Purposes

Participate in setting up plans, strategies and policies about marketing, develop and monitor marketing operations and operating cost, along with providing advice and recommendations to solve problems about marketing properly, in order to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s needs and situation, and achieve profitability, objectives, and policies of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in setting up plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about marketing operations, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to align with organization’s policies and objectives
• Lead and manage marketing strategies to marketing operations, including advertising, public relations, events and sale promotions, to support business operations and sale performances aligning with the plans
• Build brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share
• Follow up marketing movement and situation of the opponents to participate in setting up creative marketing strategies and policies and achieve organization goals and policies effectively
• Plan and monitor the assessment of marketing operations to ensure accurate and effective operations and develop the performance
• Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations
• Monitor making summary reports of overall marketing operations to improve the performance of marketing officers and managers
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
• Have great understanding in marketing system related to organization business
• Have good English skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have good communication skill
• Be able to coordinate
