Mental Health Specialist – Remote School Support, Mountain West Region

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable School Mental Health Specialist to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of mental health support systems within school districts across the Mountain West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, leading school districts through a thorough process of assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based mental health initiatives.
• Utilize your expertise in school mental health, suicide prevention, and social-emotional learning (SEL) to provide strategic guidance and technical support to district leaders.
• Foster and sustain productive relationships with district administrators, educators, and various stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to pinpoint areas needing improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs.
• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of school mental health.
• Engage in travel to collaborate with districts, attend conferences, and participate in regional and national meetings to share insights and strengthen professional connections.

Qualifications
