Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, leading school districts through a thorough process of assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based mental health initiatives.
  • Utilize your expertise in school mental health, suicide prevention, and social-emotional learning (SEL) to provide strategic guidance and technical support to district leaders.
  • Foster and sustain productive relationships with district administrators, educators, and various stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to pinpoint areas needing improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of school mental health.
  • Engage in travel to collaborate with districts, attend conferences, and participate in regional and national meetings to share insights and strengthen professional connections.

Qualifications
