The Camp Manager is responsible for delivering multi-activity holiday childcare programs while ensuring the children’s welfare and safety
The role involves managing and motivating staff to create engaging holiday camps that promote participation and development
Essential requirements include a qualification in childcare, teaching, or coaching, significant experience with children, leadership and management experience, excellent communication skills, and a good knowledge of camp activities
