- Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform.
- Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns, including budget management.
- Stay updated with current trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools, with experience in paid social advertising.
- Skilled in analyzing KPIs to enhance social media performance and building engaged online communities.
- Knowledge of viral trends and ability to adapt them to align with the brand.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian.
- Content creation abilities, such as graphic design, copywriting, photography, or video editing, are a plus.
