About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire our first team member for our Business Operations function to tackle some of our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges as we scale. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership across functions to identify key areas for improvement, build scalable processes, and drive high-impact initiatives that help the company grow efficiently. You’ll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and problem-solving, helping shape the foundation of our AI-first organization.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
- Have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup
- Are comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem to implementing scalable solutions
- Have strong analytical skills and are experienced in using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance
- Are an excellent communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats to solve ambiguous challenges

- Have experience scaling an early stage startup
- Have a track record of designing and implementing operational processes that unlock efficiency and drive results
