YOUR MISSION
Your primary mission is to serve as the go-to expert for pinpointing and identifying top-quality candidates in the performance marketing and e-commerce space. You will use the latest headhunting tools and techniques to discover high-potential talent and add them to our pipeline for further review by our recruitment team. By uncovering strong leads, you’ll play a critical role in helping Prosana deliver on its promise to place the right people in the right roles for maximum impact.
This is a full-time contractor role.

How You Will Spend Your Time
- Strategically identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for performance marketing and e-commerce roles using advanced headhunting tools and techniques
- Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Boolean search methods, specialized job boards, and referral networks to build robust pipelines of passive and active talent
- Crafting and refining outreach messaging to attract high-caliber candidates and effectively communicate role specifics
- Coordinating with internal recruiters to understand role requirements, ensuring alignment in candidate qualifications and experience
- Maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date candidate database via our ATS, tracking progress and insights at each stage
- Continuously researching and evaluating new sourcing platforms, tools, and methods to stay ahead of competitive hiring markets
- Monitoring industry trends and talent markets to proactively adjust sourcing strategies for niche skill sets
Who You Are
- You have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, focusing on international talent for performance marketing and/or e-commerce roles
- You are an expert in advanced headhunting tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Boolean searches, automation tools, etc.)
- You thrive on designing innovative sourcing strategies and experimenting with new methods to connect with specialized talent
- You excel at juggling multiple sourcing campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity
- You’re committed to continuous learning and staying on top of the latest sourcing trends and best practices
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and ATS systems
- You appreciate lean work methodologies and continuously look for ways to streamline and optimize your sourcing efforts
