Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area)

Position Summary

As a Talent Sourcer at Capital Rx, you will play a critical role in proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for a variety of technical (e.g., software engineers, DevOps engineers, QA developers) and non-technical roles (e.g., clinical, operations, and corporate positions). You will collaborate with recruiters to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that attract a diverse pool of top talent. Leveraging your expertise in research, creative sourcing, and networking, you will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure the company continues to attract the best talent.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high volume and niche roles for ongoing company needs.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Reach out to passive candidates with personalized messaging to build relationships and gauge interest in potential opportunities.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social networks, and other relevant platforms, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Track and nurture candidate relationships through ongoing communication and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct an initial candidate screening to assess their qualifications and interest in open roles.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, partnering with them closely to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS.
  • Delivering a thoughtful and streamlined candidate experience, where candidates feel valued, inspired, and motivated to work for Capital Rx.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimizing sourcing strategies.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sourcer or in a related role (e.g., Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist)
  • Must have 4-year degree, preferably in HR, Business, Finance or Library Science
  • Excellent Excel and technical ability
  • Extensive HRIS experience, UKG preferred
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, DevOps Engineers)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for technology and the healthcare industry
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
